Mod pairing: If you use PackHub Sync, we store a pairing code and linked account identifier to connect your in-game client to your profile.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide account login, uploads, downloads, and community features.
  • Moderate content, prevent abuse, and scan uploads for malware.
  • Improve performance, fix bugs, and understand platform usage.
  • Respond to support requests and legal obligations.

3. Cookies & Sessions

PackHub uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser, but you will need to log in again.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN, security scanning) that process data on our behalf. Uploaded files may be checked by antivirus services such as VirusTotal. Mod downloads may redirect to Modrinth or other external hosts governed by their own policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data when:

  • You publish content publicly on PackHub.
  • Required by law or a valid legal request.
  • Necessary to protect PackHub, users, or the public from harm or fraud.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and upload data while your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for security, backups, or legal compliance.
