Welcome to PackHub. By accessing or using packhub.cc and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About PackHub

PackHub is a community platform for discovering, uploading, and sharing Minecraft texture packs and related creative tools. PackHub is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of texture packs, images, and other content you upload. By publishing content on PackHub, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, convert, and distribute that content through the platform for the purpose of operating PackHub.

  • You must only upload content you created or have rights to share.
  • You must not upload malware, stolen assets, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.

4. Moderation & Removal

We review uploads and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, receive valid copyright complaints, fail security scans, or harm the community. Moderation decisions are made at our discretion to keep PackHub safe and usable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt PackHub infrastructure.
  • Manipulate download counts, likes, or community metrics through automation or abuse.
  • Impersonate other users, staff, or Mojang/Microsoft.
  • Use PackHub for commercial spam or unauthorized advertising.

6. Downloads & Disclaimer

Texture packs and mods are provided by community creators. PackHub does not guarantee compatibility with every Minecraft version, client, or mod loader. You download and use content at your own risk. Always scan files and back up your game data.

7. Intellectual Property

PackHub branding, site design, and original platform code are owned by PackHub. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Community packs remain the property of their respective creators unless otherwise stated.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if continued access poses a security or legal risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

PackHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PackHub and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or third-party content hosted on it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of PackHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
